Apply to NextFab’s Artisan Accelerator Program, a 13-week experience designed to provide current and aspiring creative entrepreneurs who create physical products with business education, access to resources, and community support to build viable businesses. The program includes a full year of access to NextFab’s studios.

About this Info Session
An open house and information session will be held at NextFab (1800 N. American St.) on Tuesday, July 7th, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm to help applicants understand the qualifications and resources available, and to address logistical questions in applying for this year’s Artisan Accelerator. This program is free to apply to, and if selected, all costs are covered as part of the Dept of Commerce BTAP grant. Applications are due by Wednesday, July 22nd at 11:59 pm.

• What is the Artisan Accelerator program
• What are we looking for in our applicants
• Best practices for applying to our Artisan Accelerator
• What NextFab spaces and equipment offer, and how that might help your business

Application Timeline:

• Applications open: Wednesday, June 17th
• Info Session: Tuesday, July 7th, 6:00 – 8:00 pm (In Person at NextFab)
• Application deadline: Wednesday, July 22nd at 11:59 pm
• Participant Selection Notifications: Tuesday, August 11th
• Program Begins: Tuesday, September 15th

Getting Here

• By Car: An on-site parking lot is available for members and visitors.
  Additional on-site bicycle parking is available at the south and north building entrances.
• By Bus: SEPTA Bus Routes 57 and 3 and the Girard Ave. trolley run nearby.
• By Subway: The Berks stop of the Market–Frankford Line is located five blocks east of our location.
